Joe has over 20 years of senior financial and operations management experience, primarily in manufacturing, health care and technology environments within both public and privately held companies. He joined Care2Learn / Care2Learn in February 2004 at the request of Tom Wallace. Prior to Care2Learn / Care2Learn, Joe was an independent financial consultant to several companies. He previously served as CFO for a high-tech manufacturing company and was Division Controller for Intervascular, Inc., a medical device subsidiary of Datascope Corp. (NASDAQ: DSCP). Joe was the financial officer for nine years at Linvatec Corporation, a publicly held medical device manufacturing company that was subsequently acquired by Bristol-Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY). He began his career with Price Waterhouse in Syracuse New York working with clients engaged in manufacturing, technology and health care. He was a licensed CPA in New York State. | |  | Joe received his BS in Accounting, cum laude, from Le Moyne College in 1978 and earned an MBA from the University of Miami, magna cum laude, in 2000. He and his wife and three children have lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1984. |
